1. How many plaques come with my application? 

• For every New application you receive one free plaque.

2. How often Should I renew my diamond commendation application?

• Every year

3. Where can I order owner/contractor plaques?

• Plaques can be orderd via the plaque order tab, from there you will be able to see your application and select what type of plaque you need on the order form. 

4. How will it take to receive my plaque(s)?

• Plaques take 3-4 weeks to produce and then another 1-2 weeks for shipping.
